The improvements under this project consist of the construction of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, signing and pavement markings and conduit, power service and miscellaneous incidentals for roadway lighting to be constructed by others on North L Street, West Gregory Street, and West Wright Street in the City of Pensacola, Florida.
