1. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: APRIL 1, 2025 , AT 2:00 P.M Requests for additional information or clarification regarding the specifications must be sent via email to purchasing@northportfl.gov. No verbal requests will be honored. All questions and clarifications must be submitted via e-mail by JANUARY 28, 2024, AT 2:00 PM.
2. QUOTE DUE DATE: APRIL 8, 2025, AT 2:00 P.M . Late responses will not be considered. Electronic questions and submittals shall be made to the above-listed contact person. No hard copies will be accepted.

SUBMIT ALL QUOTES TO: purchasing@northportfl.gov Please note: If you are unable or do not desire to quote, please indicate on the Statement of Non-Submittal Form, and return to the City’s Purchasing Division.

PURPOSE: It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereafter “City”) to secure services of a qualified and experienced Third-Party Administrator (hereinafter “TPA”) to provide claims adjusting and related TPA services to the City’s Risk Management Division for its self-insured property casualty and worker’s compensation program.  The successful Quoter shall administer the program in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 440 as amended from time to time, applicable Rules of the Florida Administrative Code, Collective Bargaining Agreements, applicable City Codes, Ordinances, Administrative Regulations and Resolutions.  Services will also include administration of indemnity, medical payments and other services usual and customary to worker’s compensation claims administration.
