The Little Rock Port Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following

Project:
Port of Little Rock Mooring Upgrade Project

PIDP Grant No. 693JF72245021
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Little Rock Port Authority located

at 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive, Little Rock, AR 72206, until December 5??, 2024 at 10:30 AM CDT.

At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:

Installation of 45 steel monopile mooring dolphins and associated appurtenances along the banks of

the Arkansas River and Slackwater Harbor at the Port of Little Rock in Little Rock, Arkansas. Work

also includes removal and disposal of existing concrete deadmen anchor cables and chains with the

remaining portions of the existing concrete deadmen to be abandoned in place.

Requestors will be provided a link to bidding documents. Prospective Bidders are urged to register

as a Bidding Documents holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a third-party or source

other than the designated email address above in either electronic or paper format.

The list of registered Bidding Document holders will be notified periodically with Addenda, lists

of registered Bidding Documents holders, reports on the Site, and other information relevant to

submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, Addenda, and other Bidding Documents

will be offered only through email to the entire list of registered Bidding Document holders.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any,

obtained from sources other than the designated website.


Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 14??, 2024 at 10:30 AM CDT at the

Little Rock Port Authority located at 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive, Little Rock, AR 72206.

Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. A Microsoft Teams Meeting link

will be provided to all registered Bid Document holders for virtual attendees.

Davis Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.) applies to this solicitation. Refer to Instructions to

Bidders for additional information.

Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. 8301-8305) applies to this solicitation.
