Notes	The reconstruction of streets and associated drainage, paving, and utility improvements within the Shadycrest and Creekview Subdivisions in the City of Pearland. The project includes regrading existing roadside ditches; installing storm sewers, culverts, reinforced concrete box culverts, junction boxes, and inlets; and performing in-place recycling and asphalt pavement overlay. Additional work includes the installation of new 8-inch diameter water lines with associated fire hydrants, valves, and service connections, as well as new 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer gravity mains in the south area shown on the plans. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work are included.
