Scope of Services	Sumter Electric Cooperative, also known as SECO Energy, is a not-for-profit, member-owned electric utility. With over 256K active accounts, SECO Energy is the third largest electric cooperative in Florida and the seventh largest in the entire United States. The service territory covers 2,000 square miles. SECO Energy is dedicated to its membership to protect all its facilities with a safety-first vision. The Contractor must comply with ASTM/ANSI Standards. Equipment will be tested, cleaned, inspected, repaired and tagged on-site at various SECO Energy locations.
