Proposals Due: Thursday, February 19, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. either by email to ecooney@hillsborough.net , Subject Line: “Landscape Service Proposal” or delivered by the same deadline to the City Clerk’s Office, located at 1600 Floribunda Ave., Hillsborough, CA 94010 in a sealed enveloped titled: “Landscape Service Proposal”.

Pre-proposal Meeting (Non-mandatory): Thursday, January 29, 2026 @ 11 a.m. 1320 La Honda Road, Hillsborough, CA 94010 (Public Works Corporation Yard).

Description: The Town of Hillsborough seeks landscaping services for Town owned properties that include small, discontinuous sites (e.g., traffic islands, medians, roundabouts), two parks, one decomposed granite (DG) walking path, a handful of public utility sites (e.g., tank sites) and other landscaped sites as provided in Exhibit “B” Sites List and Exhibit “C” Sites Map.

2. A Web Map of the Sites has been created and disseminated to all parties who sent a letter of

interest or who attended the Pre-Proposal Meeting on January 29, 2026. Other interested parties

may request the link to the web map by emailing ecooney@hillsborough.net. The Web Map is

provided as a convenience and does not relieve the proposer of due diligence site visits, as noted

in the RFP.

3. Town staff is available by appointment to conduct site visits to locked and unlocked facilities.

4. The following changes have been made to the Web Map since its posting on February 2, 2026:

a. Site 1: A photo has been provided.

b. Site 21: A landscape design for this site has been provided (it is actively under

construction).

c. Site 48: photos were added

d. Site 82: was removed in lieu of new Site 144

e. Site 83: was removed in lieu of new Site 144

f. Site 102: was removed, since it was duplicative of Site 106 (Both sites were Vista Park)

g. Site 113: A small revision was made to the work area in the site drawing.

h. Site 144: This new site was added to show the entire Town Hall 1600 Floribunda work

area.

5. The following changes have been made to the Exhibits B, C and D:

a. Site 82 was removed

b. Site 83 was removed

c. Site 102 was removed

d. Site 144 was added

6. Revised Exhibits B, C and D are attached to this Addendum.

7. A Questions and Answers (Q&A) Document has been provided as a separate document on the

Town’s RFP webpage: https://www.hillsborough.net/207/Request-for-Proposals
