Description:

This project is to complete renovations to the Central Rail Maintenance Facility to accommodate new railcars. The work includes new steel mezzanines; overhead cranes; catenary and other electrical modifications; and modifications in High Bay area fire suppression, ductwork, and hydronic lines. Addendum No. 1 and 2 have been added. Pre-bid minutes have been added.
