Description: NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID ITB 25-08 BEACH, PARKS AND DOWNTOWN RESTROOM FACILITIES CLEANING The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is accepting competitive sealed bids for BEACH, PARKS AND DOWNTOWN RESTROOM FACILITIES CLEANING The City will receive sealed bids through www.Demandstar.com not later than 2:00PM, September 4, 2025.  The bid opening will be held via Zoom (info below). A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00AM(EST), August 7, 2025, at City of Fernandina Beach Atlantic Recreation Center, located at 2500 Atlantic Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL  32034. Bid documents can be found on the City of Fernandina website, Bids/ Purchasing | Fernandina Beach, FL - Official Website. As of June 1, 2025, The City of Fernandina Beach will be using the DemandStar E-bidding platform for the notification and distribution of the City’s bid documents.  Vendors should submit responses through the DemandStar website at www.demandstar.com.  The City asks that all vendors register with DemandStar for notification of open bids. To register, please go to www.demandstar.com/registration . On the registration form, enter the required information and be sure to select the City of Fernandina Beach as your Free Agency Registration.
