HVAC Controls Services

The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from Contractors who can furnish labor, supervision, tools, materials, and necessary permits to provide HVAC Controls services requested by the City. The contract resulting from this RFP will be a fixed two (2)-year term contract with a two (2) year extension option.
