Project Description: Parkway School District is seeking formal proposals from qualified passenger transportation contractors to provide chartered bus, mini-motor coach, shuttle, and standard school bus transportation services on an as needed basis.
Athletic teams and traditional school field trips represent a significant portion of our volume, but this contract encompasses transportation services for any and all District-sponsored events.This includes, but is not limited to:
→ Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman Athletic Teams
→ District Bands, Choirs, and Fine Arts Ensembles
→ Academic Clubs, Extra-Curricular Activities, and Student Organizations
→ Special Group Classes, Field Trips, and Alternative Educational Travel
