Description

Deschutes County will receive bids for a removal and replacement roof project at the Deschutes County South County Services Center located at 51340 Highway 97 La Pine, Oregon 97739.

The work includes removal of the existing built-up roof (BUR) within the designated roof areas down to the structural deck. The Contractor shall clean and prepare the wood deck/substrate for installation of the new roof assembly. Over the prepared substrate, the Contractor shall install a new vapor retarder, insulation, high-density (HD) coverboard, an 80-mil TPO fully adhered membrane system, new pre-painted standing-seam perimeter metal, and all related accessories and incidental materials. All work shall be installed in accordance with the Contract Documents, the published requirements of the specified manufacturer, and the requirements necessary to obtain the manufacturer’s 20-year warranty and the Contractor’s workmanship warranty/guarantee. Relocate a Mini split unit to ground level. Provide unit price for any required repairs to be included in bid. Any applicable permits are the responsibility of the contractor.
