The Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide year-round lawn care and landscaping services for all MCTS-owned and operated sites. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in all seasons, ensuring each location remains safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Contractors must have proven experience in multi-site commercial property maintenance, provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, and adhere to all applicable regulations and safety standards. Work will follow a regular schedule with additional services provided as required by seasonal conditions.
