Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:05 am, Thursday May 22, 2025, during the Board of County Commissioners meeting at the Courthouse Plaza East Building, 115 N. 4 th , Manhattan, KS 66502.

No Bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days following the opening of Bids. The character and amount of security to be furnished by each Bidder is stated in the above-mentioned Contract Documents. Bid Amount, Proposed Start Date, and Working Days will all be considered in awarding of the Bid. The Riley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities in considering Bids and to accept the Bid which, in the Board’s opinion, is in the best interest of Riley County.
