Overview

Summary

The Project scope includes the work at several areas within the building and planned to be phased as indicated on the documents. The scope of work includes four main work areas:
1. Installation of temporary restroom trailers with a covered temporary access for fire personnel use during construction.
2. Conversion of an existing office to two new dorm rooms that includes renovation at the existing security corridor.
3. Complete renovation of the main men’s and women’s restrooms.
4. Renovation of a shared restroom.
