Annual Contract for Landscape Mulch Blow in Services

The City of North Augusta is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors to provide Annual Mulch Installation Services on city owned parcels, and right of ways throughout the city limits of North August. Bids will be received by the Department of Public Services Property Maintenance Division located at 61 Claypit Road North Augusta, SC 29841, until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened and read publicly aloud. No Bids will be accepted after the date/time stated within this request for Bids.
