All companies wishing to bid on this project MUST call the plant at 936-967-4495 and schedule a site visit at least 24 hours in advance, between February 7-20, 2024. No more than three persons from a single company will be allowed onsite. Each person will be required to show a valid government issued photo ID in order to be admitted to the plant site. Attendance record at a pre-bid site visit must be returned with the bid packet. .
