Description:

The Town of Fort Mill is seeking qualified contractors to remove, dispose of, and replace the existing wooden exterior steps located on the side of the Park and Recreation building at Doby’s Bridge Park with a new metal stair system. The intent of this project is to improve safety, durability, and long-term maintenance by replacing the aging wooden steps with a permanent metal structure suitable for outdoor public facility use.
