Notes	Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to provide GFS General Purpose Cross-draft Non-Pressurized Paint Booth as outlined in the drawings located under the "Attachments" section. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed. In that case, you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process, and Clemson will consider changes. However, to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, red lines or caveats included in your submission may make your offer non-responsive and unable to be considered . In order to submit an offer, you must first register/login to Clemson Bidding at https://clemson.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration.aspx Registration is recommended no later than 48 hours prior to bid close. You are highly encouraged to submit your bid prior to the closing date. Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to provide a GFS General Purpose Crossdraft Non-Pressurized Paint Booth including startup and warranty registration, in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation for Bids. This will be a one-time purchase and will be awarded to one vendor. The contractor shall provide a complete, new, and unused GFS General Purpose Crossdraft Non-Pressurized Booth, including all equipment, controls, and accessories necessary for proper operation as specified herein. Installation will be done by others. 1.
