Summary

The County of Inyo Department of Information Services ("County") is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Respondents) who can provide the County with the following service: Help the County of Inyo achieve accessibility certification for its website by the 2027 deadline through remediation and/or a new website .

Submissions to this RFP are due on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 5:00 pm . Submission instructions, a detailed scope of work, terms and conditions, and the applicable contract can be found below.

Background

Inyo County is looking to remediate its website and web assets (largely PDFs) with an eye toward the ADA compliance deadline for low-population jurisdictions in April, 2027.

The County is open to either remediating the existing website or migrating to a new, compliant website.

Vendors may bid on remediation, redesign, or both.
