Description:

The City of New Rochelle (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering services for the Drainage Improvements at Interlaken Avenue & Robins Road project

(the “Project”). The Project generally entails the design and development of bid documents for drainage improvements at the intersection of Interlaken Avenue and Robins Road, based on the watershed drainage analysis and the conceptual plan attached to this RFP. Construction for this project is anticipated for 2026.  Engineering services during construction will also be required.

A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Thursday, May 1st 2025, at 2:00 pm. Please use the telephone number +1 929-242-8427, access code 292 020 023#. This conference call will be the only opportunity for all prospective firms to clarify any questions regarding this RFP.
