The City of Seattle is seeking Proposals for Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) Replacement Solution to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle , no later than 5pm PST on December 16th, 2024. The Project seeks a solution to replace the City's carrier leased POTS lines.

Background
