Project Description

Eagle County, Colorado is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from qualified sign production and installation companies for sign design , fabrication, and installation services for all Eagle County properties. Projects are varied and may include design services, material specification, fabrication and installation. The type of projects are varied and may include interior directory signs, exterior monument and roadway signs, and large building name signs . This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) will be non-exclusive.  Eagle County reserves the right to contract with other third parties.

Statements of qualifications must be submitted by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivery to the Facilities Management Department, 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Building A, Gypsum, CO 81637 or emailed to jan.miller@eaglecounty.us on or before 2:00 p.m. on April 23, 2025. Any statement of qualifications received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

The Request for Qualifications document may be obtained from the Eagle County Facilities Department located 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Building A, Gypsum, CO 81637 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The complete document is also available at www.eaglecounty.us.
