ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Avenue,

Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 for DPW Project

25224 Multiple Bldgs. Electronic Access Control Installation, Idaho State University (ISU),

Pocatello, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Add CBORD access control system

to multiple Idaho State University Buildings. The base bid is to include Albion Hall, College of Education,

Garrison Hall, Beckley Nursing, Lecture Center. Alternate #1: Plant Science. Alternate #2: Reed Gym /

Recreation Center.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, February 2, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local

time, at Idaho State University, Albion Hall, 921 S. 8th Ave., Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Bidders are encouraged

to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $287,650.00
