Summary

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, herein called the Town, acting by and through its Town Manager will receive sealed Bids for project Bid No. 24/25-93 PARKING LOT AT 163 SPRUCE STREET . Bids will be accepted via the Town's eProcurement Portal until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids may be submitted prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.

Background

Work under this contract includes the construction of a 17-stall bituminous concrete parking lot at 163 Spruce Street in Manchester. It includes other appurtenant work such as earth excavation, grading, concrete sidewalk and curb construction and lawn restoration.

The Project Schedule for this project is projected to be completed within SIXTY (60) WORKING DAYS (contract days).
