The City of Spokane, through its Parks & Recreation Department (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (IRFP) to solicit Proposals from individuals interested in the Head Golf Professional/Manager position at Esmeralda Golf Course, 3933 E Courtland., Spokane WA 99224
