Project Description:

This project will develop Power Platform and SharePoint Applications, including but not limited to:

• Power Apps for Web and Mobile Application Development
• Power Automate for Process or Workflow Automation
• Copilot Studio for Chatbots and Conversational Agents
• Power Pages for Secure, Data-Centric Business Sites
• Power BI for Data Exploration, Analytics and Reporting
• Modern SharePoint Sites

Background

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call technical support and development of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

The City expects to achieve the following outcomes through this consultant solicitation:

• Select up to three (3) qualified Consultant teams for on-call contracts, each with a contract value of up to $750,000.
• Once contracts are awarded, issue Work Authorizations as needed to provide SDOT with solutions relating to Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
