• Bid Due Date and Time: October 21, 2024, by 4:00 P.M.
• Bid Opening Date and Time: October 22, 2024, at 11:00 A.M.
• Schedule B Waiver Due on or Before: October 2, 2024, 4:00 P.M.

• Pre-Bid Conference: September 13, 2024, at 10:30 A.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to the virtual Pre-Bid Conference scheduled is here.

We recommend that proposers download the free Microsoft Teams Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the Teams Live Event in advance of the conference and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.

Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and supervision necessary for AHERA inspection and the preparation of the AHERA management plan and/or Triennial AHERA Re-inspection and updated management plan, in strict accordance with EPA 40 CFR Part 763 (Subpart E-Asbestos Containing Material in Schools).
