Description: TOWN OF NORMAL 11 Uptown Circle Normal, Illinois 61761 BID CALL: The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following: HOVEY AVENUE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Normal – Hovey Avenue Water Main Improvements " with the time and date of the opening, which will be May 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at Room 409, Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. General Project Description: The BASE BID work includes furnishing and installing pipes, fittings and appurtenances to abandon an existing 6” watermain along Hovey Avenue from Cottage Avenue to Kingsley Street. For a nonrefundable fee of $22.00, prospective bidders may obtain bid documents on Clark Dietz’s website at www.clarkdietz.com.
