CIP 2024-30

ATTENTION: Prospective Proposers

CONTRACT WORK DESCRIPTION: The City of Santee (“City”), is seeking proposals from

qualified firms, consultants, hereinafter referred to interchangeably, to complete all design and

construction services required for the construction of City Hall Improvements – Building 4 Front

Counter Remodel, CIP 2024-30 Project. Scope of work include framing, finishing, electrical, data,

painting, carpet, doors, casework, suspended ceilings, and furnishing.

Contract Documents may only be downloaded from the City’s website, www.CityofSanteeCa.gov

listed under “Bid Opportunities”.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: Friday – March 27, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Santee City Hall, 10601

Magnolia Avenue, Building 4, Santee, CA 92071.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Thursday – April 23, 2026 by 5:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk,

10601 Magnolia Avenue, Building 3, Santee, CA 92071. Late submissions will be returned

unopened.

LICENSES: California Classification “B” (required at time of bid submission)

PROJECT BUDGET: $200,000.00

TIME FOR COMPLETION: 60 Working Days

CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE: Yes, upon award of Contract.
