Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085 until September 22, 2026 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for: Central Ave. Drainage Improvements This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at City Hall Council Chambers, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. , and Bid Proposals will be due September 22, 2026 at 9:00 am. Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words: Sealed RFP: September 22, 2026 Central Ave. Drainage Improvements Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, Clerk’s Office, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:00 am on September 22, 2026. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
