Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide diplomas, diploma covers, and certificates.  The successful Vendor/Contractor shall be able to fill all orders for diplomas, diploma covers, and certificatesas needed and directed, not only for the initial orders, but also for replacement requests throughout the life of the Contract.

The start date for any resultant contract shall be July 1, 2026, for SY '26-'27.

CCPS reserves the right to extend any resultant contract to other district school or center locations.

All Work will be in accordance with the provisions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).  It is anticipated that one contract will be issued to a single successful Vendor/Contractor; however, CCPS reserves the right to award separate contracts, if in the best interest of CCPS.  CCPS reserves the right to cancel the RFP, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one Offerors/Proposers.

Any resultant contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
