NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract PROPLAN CANINE AND RELINE PET FOOD 26-067-ANS on or before August 5, 2026 at 11:00 A.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at steven.pasko@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Animal Services is seeking bids to provide Purina Pro Plan products for canine and feline populations. The County shall not accept substitutions for the required Purina Pro Plan products. The contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period.

About DuPage County Animal Services

DuPage County Animal Services is an open admission county shelter located in Wheaton, Illinois. The shelter cares for more than 2,000 domestic animals every year (stray and owner relinquished) and accepts intakes regardless of health, temperament or availability. Animals include dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and all varieties of small animals, exotic pets and barnyard animals.

The awarded bidder shall furnish and deliver a full range of Purina Pro Plan products, including but not limited to:

• Regular/maintenance diets
• Prescription/therapeutic diets formulated for specific medical conditions
