Description: The City of Gardner, on behalf of the Gardner Airport Commission, is seeking qualifications from firms for professional consulting services.  Submittals will be received at the office of the City Purchasing Agent, Room 217 City Hall, Gardner, MA until Monday, November 10, 2026 at 12:00 pm and at that time and place a record of submittals produced. The City is seeking submittals from qualified airport engineering and planning consultants to provide services, as required, for various airport projects for a five (5) year period beginning on or near December 1, 2025.  Gardner Municipal Airport is preparing a multi-year development and maintenance plan under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Aeronautics Division (MassDOT/AD) Airport Safety and Maintenance Program.  Airport engineering and consulting services may be required from time to time.
