Project Description: The renovations of this dorm involve the reconfigurations and expansions of theexisting bathroom and shower facilities on all 3 levels; and the renovation of the main lobby & loungeareas on the first level. This is Phase 1 of a 2-phase building renovation. Phase 2 will be a separateproject occurring in the summer of 2027. There was a question regarding the scope of the futurePhase 2 project next summer. TC explained that it generally involved exterior window replacement, interior finish replacement, and interior lighting replacement (for areas not renovated in this Phase 1project).2. Introductions: Trey Cunningham w/ Gilbert-McLaughlin-Casella Architects (GMCA); and any otherintroductions by Design Team members or Owner representatives present at the meeting.
