Description: Fuel Vendor Request for Proposals San Miguel County will be accepting bids to provide approximately 55,000 gallons of red diesel per year and approximately 48,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline, minimum 86 octane per year at the following locations. Deep Creek Shop, 15553 Hwy 1445, Telluride Red Diesel Winter Blend Diesel, 70/30 Blend Regular Unleaded Gasoline, minimum 86 Octane Norwood Shop, 39595 Hwy 145, Norwood Red Diesel Winter Blend Diesel, 70/30 Blend Regular Unleaded Gasoline, minimum 86 Octane Dry Creek Basin Shop, 369 CR U29E, Dry Creek Basin Red Diesel Winter Blend Diesel, 70/30 Blend Regular Unleaded Gasoline, minimum 86 Octane Egnar Shop, 4107 CR Hl, Egnar Red Diesel Winter Blend Diesel, 70/30 Blend Regular Unleaded Gasoline, minimum 86 Octane San Miguel County understands that fuel prices can change daily; therefore, please provide the current price for comparison on November 25, 2024 and submit to the County by December 5, 2024. Thank you, Ryan Righetti, Road Superintendent Fuel Bid Additional Information The fuel storage tanks for each location (Deep Creek, Norwood, Basin, Egnar) consist of a 2,000 Gallon tank for Diesel and a 2,000 Gallon Tank for Unleaded. There are no size restrictions for delivery vehicles at any of our locations. We have listed the averages below for the amount of unleaded and diesel used in the year 2023.
