Summary The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Ohio Narcotics Intellgience Center is soliciting auhtorized dealers for the renewals of five (5) Chainalysis Investigations Public Gold licenses for FY27. Investigations - Public Gold Mfg # (Chainalysis): PAK-PUB-002 QTY: 5 POP : 8/30/26-8/29/27 Licensee: Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) Bidders are responsible for reviewing all solicitation documents. Bidders must be authorized manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, or authorized distributors. Failure to provide an auhtorized dealer letter may result in the Bidder being determined not responsive and disqualified from consideration for award.	Predecessor Contract
Process CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY See attached contract draft for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  If selected, bidder should execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award). INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract. EVALUATION PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. Quote must be valid for 60-90 days . The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field. AWARD A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to lowest responsible and responsive quote as a result of this solicitation.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be 08/30/26-08/29/27. AUTHORIZED DEALER STATEMENT Bidders offering bids for in response to this solicitation must be manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, or authorized distributors. Bidders must include a letter from each manufacturer represented on manufacturer’s letterhead signed by an authorized representative of the manufacturer attesting that the Bidder is authorized to represent the manufacturer in this solicitation as part of each bid. Failure to provide such authorization may result in the Bidder being determined not responsive and disqualified from consideration for award.
