Description: The City of Blue Springs, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified structural engineering firms to perform a comprehensive structural investigation and assessment of the buildings located at 1104 W. Main Street through 1110 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, Missouri 64015. The purpose of this investigation is to obtain detailed information regarding the structural systems, concealed building components, material types and conditions, and overall building integrity to assist the City in evaluating potential renovation, adaptive reuse, redevelopment, and occupancy options for the properties. The selected consultant shall conduct destructive and non-destructive investigations as necessary to adequately assess concealed structural and building envelope conditions and provide the City with a written report of all findings.
