Description: The work is for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Phase 4B at the Archuleta County Landfill, generally described as follows: Phase 4B Cell construction consisting of: Stripping and stockpiling of topsoil from areas to be disturbed. Excavation and grading of landfill cells, berms, and access roads. Installation of approximately 4 acres of scarified and recompacted in-situ clay, geo-composite Drainage layer, and 1-foot of protective soils. Construction of perimeter roads and ditches.
