Project Description: The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with 40,000 students and 58 school sites (34 elementary, 11 middle schools, 12 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 382 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna).
WASD is seeking proposals from qualified organizations ("Organizations," "Respondents," "Bidders," "Proposers" or "Contractors") to select a company for the acquisition, storage, and delivery of frozen/refrigerated and dry food products for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one year extensions, upon approval of both parties for a total of five (5) possible years.
