Description: ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS for CM/GC ROSTER The City of Twin Falls (City) is seeking responses from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers (CMs) and licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors, in good standing, to provide their qualifications to perform certain construction manager/general contractor services (“CM/GCServices”) in accordance with Idaho Code, 54-4511, as determined by the owner. Professionals meeting requested criteria will be placed on a hiring roster for consideration on future projects. Qualification Statements will be received at the City of Twin Falls Office of the City Manager at 203 Main Avenue East., 3rd Floor, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301 until 4:00 p.m. MST on May 8th, 2026. The criteria and procedures for placement on the CM/GC Roster may be obtained at the City of Twin Falls Office of the City Manager at 203 Main Avenue East, 3rd Floor, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301, or may be downloaded at no charge by accessing www.tfid.org ( https://id twinfalls3.civicplus.com/bids.aspx) . This procedure provides for an orderly process of: (1) Solicitation of professional qualifications, (2) Evaluation and ranking of qualifications, (3) Establishment of a roster of CM/GC service providers.
