Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain pricing and establish a term contract for the Furnish and Delivery Batteries – Automotive and Heavy Duty for the Solid Waste Authority (AUTHORITY) of Palm Beach County on as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated in the bid documents.
Batteries shall be new and unused. No refurbished, recycled, blemished, or used batteries will be accepted. Batteries shall be the product of a nationally recognized manufacturer, such as but not limited to Deka, Interstate, and AC Delco.
