TOWN OF SCITUATE

INVITATION TO BID Town of Scituate High School Courts Renovations

The Town of Scituate invite bids for the renovations of the existing outdoor basketball courts at Scituate High

School, 606 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Scituate, MA. Work will include, but not limited to, new surfaced post-

tension concrete courts for three (3) basketball courts with 10’ high perimeter chain link fence. Other site

improvements include new walkways, relocation of the existing concessions building, and drainage and utility

improvements. Bid Documents will be available upon request via e-mail on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 after

2:00 p.m. Contact kelvin@activitas.com to request Bid Documents. Sealed General Bids will be received at or

before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2026 in the Town Administrator’s Office at Scituate Town Hall and opened

publicly. A non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

(weather permitting) at the site. No other formal accommodations will be made by the Owner to walk the site

with prospective bidders. The Owner reserves the rights to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any or

all bids.
