2025-32 Boarding Up Services
PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for the provision of corrective action or “Boarding Up” services for structures deemed by the City Building Commission to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous, or detrimental to the public safety or welfare pursuant to WV Code §8-12-16 and Charleston Municipal Code 14-255.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Service Center, Suite 6, 915 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV 25301 on Tuesday, May 15, 2025, at 10am.
