The City of Des Plaines, Illinois, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide onsite, residential plan review for building, life safety, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical disciplines as regulated by the International Residential Code as currently adopted by the City of Des Plaines.

Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, February 6, 2026, at City Hall (1420 Miner St, Room 101, Des Plaines, IL 60016).

All proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 until 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 23, 2026.
