Bid Title:	RFQ for Genetec Integrated Video Surveillance and Access Control System

Description: The City of West Fargo is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced vendors to provide, implement, and support a Genetec Security Center–based integrated video surveillance and access control system. The objective of this RFQ is to modernize and standardize the City’s physical security infrastructure while improving reliability, security, centralized management, and long-term scalability. The selected vendor shall provide a Genetec-only solution based on Genetec Security Center version 5.13 or newer. Equivalent or alternative platforms will not be considered. The solution shall include both video surveillance and access control, fully integrated within Genetec Security Center. Quotes must be clearly labeled in bold lettering, identifying the document as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and specifying its purpose and intended recipient.
