Description: The City of Sequim is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Architecture/Engineering firms to perform a space needs and site utilization assessment for a new operations building, fuel station, decant facility, and associated storage and outbuildings at the Public Works operations facility located at 169 W Hemlock in Sequim. The outcome will be up to three conceptual site layouts that incorporate existing workflow needs, projected future staffing and workflow, previous assessments, and financial ability of the City to construct any improvements.
