Nebraska Public Power District (District) intends to procure all labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances necessary to install underground injection well surface infrastructure and the associated injection pumps, motors, and plumbing at Gerald Gentleman Station (GGS), located near Sutherland, Nebraska (freight prepaid).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at the DISTRICT’S Gerald Gentleman Station, located at 6089 South Highway 25 Sutherland, Nebraska, on, March 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., CDT. The purpose of the meeting will be to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract Specifications, and to familiarize the Bidder with the job site. During the meeting, it is the Bidder's responsibility to inspect those items and to ask any questions necessary to submit a bid that is complete and responsive. If you plan to attend, email Sarah Hopwood at sjhopwo@nppd.com and Lynn Guilliatt at l1guill@nppd.com by 4:00 p.m., CDT on March 25, 2025 with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent.
