Summary

Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed bids for a Liquid Asphalt requirements contract for the Department of Land Use and Transportation, Operations Division. This will be a 5 year contract with an estimated expenditure of $2,500,000.00 total. Escalation/De-Escalation language will be included in the contract in case the selected vendor cannot hold their price for the length of the contract.
