Bids for the following project will be received by the Town of Wake Forest (301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587). Bids should be emailed to Steven Meyer (smeyer@wakeforestnc.gov) by 2:00pm (EST) May 13, 2025. Emailed bids should include the bid number reference in the subject line.

Initial digital copies of the bid documents for preliminary review may be obtained by contacting to Steven Meyer (smeyer@wakeforestnc.gov) via email.

All bidders must register and request documents with Duncan Parnell to be added to the official Plan Holder’s List and to ensure that appropriate addenda are received. Addenda will only be notified to those on the official Plan Holder’s List. The cost of bid documents and shipping is non-refundable.
