MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST and the Bid Opening will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST.

Both meetings will be held at City Hall, in Training Room 624, located at 305 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, AL 35801.

Jack and Bore Installation of Steel Casing Pipe per linear foot installed

in place. Includes compensation for furnishing steel casing pipe;

excavation of bore pits; temporary shoring; sheeting and bracing;

dewatering; traffic control and maintenance; backfilling; and all other

required appurtenances for a complete installation. The installation of

the carrier pipe inside the encasement pipe shall be by others and is not
